St. Peters has opened applications for its Street Access Snow Removal Program for the 2025-2026 winter season, with a deadline of Nov. 30. All applicants, including previous participants, must reapply to be considered.
According to the City of St. Peters website, the program provides snow removal in the public right-of-way at the end of residential driveways to restore street access but does not clear the full length of private driveways or paths to mailboxes. Service will occur within 48 hours after a snowfall of four inches or more.
Eligibility is limited to residents of private, single-family homes in St. Peters who are aged 67 or older, or who have a certified medical condition or disability that prevents them from removing snow. The application period runs today until Nov. 30, with no late submissions accepted.
Details and the application form are available on the City of St. Peters website.
