Tulsa Police officers from the Mingo Valley Division hosted a Coloring with a Cop event on Monday evening at the McDonald's near 31st and Mingo. Officers engaged with children and families, providing coloring books, police-themed items, and complimentary Happy Meals, the Tulsa Police Department reported on Facebook.
The event offered an opportunity for officers to interact with the community outside of routine patrol duties. Tulsa Police thanked the participating families and McDonald's for supporting the event.
This outreach is part of the department’s community engagement efforts to connect with local residents in informal settings.
