A Tulsa woman found an unknown man sleeping on her sofa last Saturday night at a home on the 500 block of N. Country Club Drive. Police said the woman secured herself and her children in a bedroom and called 911 around 11:00 p.m. Officers arrived to find the suspect, identified as Tracy Davis, still asleep in the living room, as reported by the Tulsa Police Department.

Surveillance footage showed Tracy Davis trying several entry points before entering the home through the back. When arrested, Davis told police he did not know how he ended up inside or why he was there, as stated by the Tulsa Police Department.

Tracy Davis was arrested in Tulsa for Breaking and Entering and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an unplanned overnight stay at a residence. According to the Tulsa Police Department on their facebook page, this is an arrest and not a conviction.
