
A tragic turn of events unfolded in Glendale, as a woman lost her life following a road rage incident that escalated to gunfire. Yarely Ashley Hermosillo, 27, was riding in an SUV with her family when she was struck by a stray bullet. Hermosillo later died at a Phoenix hospital, continuing a disturbing trend of violence spilling over onto innocent bystanders, according to KTAR.
The incident occurred late Friday night, when two other vehicles ignited in a verbal altercation at the intersection of 51st Avenue and Camelback Road, moments before the tragic shooting. Hermosillo's mother, boyfriend, and her 3-year-old son were present in the vehicle when the shot was fired, as reported by KTAR.
After the deadly incident, Jesus Preciado Dousten, 33, was apprehended and is currently facing a slew of charges. Dousten is being held on a $1 million bond, facing multiple charges, including second-degree murder and aggravated assault, as per FOX 10 Phoenix.
