According to details provided by the Atlanta Police Department, Morgan-Best, who has Alzheimer’s and dementia, was last seen around 5 p.m. Sunday wearing a black or blue shirt, black pants and maybe sporting a hat emblazoned with the term 'Veteran'; his sister the one who reported him missing, and the authorities have since escalated the urgency of the case due to his medical condition and age.
Further descriptive details from Atlanta News First indicate that Morgan-Best stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 124 pounds, and features gray or white hair along with brown eyes, characteristics that might help the public identify him.
