The Baltimore County Police Department is investigating the homicide of Patricia Watson-Geiger, a 69-year-old woman who was found dead in her Lutherville home on Monday night. As reported by FOX Baltimore, Police were summoned to the 1200 block of Oakcroft Drive around 8:25 p.m., where Watson-Geiger was discovered with upper body trauma and pronounced dead at the location.
In a bizarre twist of events, a viewer’s email alerted 11 News to the incident before an official announcement was made by the police. According to a WBAL-TV interview, friends and neighbors of the deceased expressed profound shock and sorrow over her untimely death. Susan Tucker, a close friend for about 20 years, lamented, "I can't believe I'm not going to see her," revealing plans to meet Watson-Geiger later in the week.
While the authorities have not disclosed any details regarding potential suspects or motives, they urge anyone with information about the case to come forward. Baltimore County Police Department’s iWATCH program is one of the channels available for providing tips. Additionally, Metro Crime Stoppers has put out a reward offer, pledging up to $2,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
