
The City of Blaine has announced a public hearing regarding the application for a new Trustone Financial Credit Union branch. According to the city's official announcement, the credit union is seeking a conditional use permit to establish a bank within the Office Research Park (B-4) zoning district, specifically located at 11866 Aberdeen Street NE.
The Blaine Planning Commission is scheduled to hold this hearing on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 7 PM, at the Blaine City Hall Council Chambers. The Planning Commission will listen to and rapidly gather public comments and then will proceed to make recommendations to the City Council, which will have the final say on the application.
