Tailored to help residents either kick-start a new professional journey or pivot in their current one, this program offers a structured plan of action. According to a recent article, starting from January 2026 through May, participants can attend classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m., at 5 Western Ave. in Central Square.

A slew of support services to actively guide individuals through exploring career options, computer and communication skill-building classes, aid with applications to local job training programs, and one-on-one advising for ongoing backing. Leslie, a previous participant who spoke to the source article, mentioned that the program's comprehensive design and the advisor's guidance were instrumental in demystifying the path to anew career.
