The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) announced that starting Tuesday through Thursday road work will disrupt the usual flow of traffic.
Those of us accustomed to the convenience of zipping along the U.S. Route 169 to I-435 might have to pad our schedules as MoDOT puts drivers on notice for possible delays. From 8 am until 3 pm each day, the ramp (loop) from SB U.S. 169 to SB I-435 will be closed, and the SB I-435 right lane at the U.S. 169 interchange won't be available for your rubber to hit the road. With fewer lanes on deck, traffic could get snug, so keep an eye on the clock when planning your drive.
