As you edge closer to NE Siskiyou and NE Hancock, you'll spot crews delving into underground electrical and storm work, respectively, while lane closures at NE Russell to Thompson are due to median island construction, according to the City of Portland.
Further down on NE Eugene and NE Tillamook, the corner ramp and utility work will shrink your lane options. Specifically, from Sept. 29 to Oct. 10, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., weekdays, NE Tillamook west of 82nd will be closed off, diverting vehicles to NE Thompson — thankfully, sidewalks remain a haven for pedestrians and bicyclists.
