The Homestead Police were notified today that the MCT Express ambulance was missing, initiating an immediate pursuit led by an off-duty officer who was present at the hospital, as per NBC Miami.

Police said the chase unfolded quickly as additional officers joined in, eventually stopping the ambulance in the 2500 block of Northeast 8th Street, not far from where it began. "Additional information will be forth coming," he said, as noted by Local 10 News.
