Chandler's booming tech sector is welcoming a new player as KeenStack, a firm specializing in ServiceNow consulting services, sets up a 5,000-square-foot office at The Park at SanTan. The office located at 3075 W. Ray Road within the bustling Price Corridor will be inaugurated on Oct. 15, at 3 p.m with a ribbon-cutting event open to the public.
Riding on the trend of tech firms flocking to prosperous business venues, KeenStack makes its move evidencing their eye for strategic locations and a bid to strengthen their standing in the tech sphere. Coming along for the ride in Chandler, the company aims to double down on Chandler's deep pool of tech talent, as "a supportive business climate and the strong tech talent pool," that CEO Thiru Thangarathinam, citing Chandler's allure, told the City of Chandler.
City officials have voiced their enthusiasm over KeenStack's decision, with Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke expressing the city's pride in attracting companies that contribute to its innovative reputation. Coupled with a strong economic forecast, KeenStack’s arrival spells out more jobs and a bolstered local tech industry. The Park at SanTan's choice location, positioned near the Loop 101 and Loop 202, offers KeenStack prime real estate to tap into the city's potential and hatch partnerships.
"Thiru and the KeenStack team are proven leaders when it comes to building tech companies," confirmed Micah Miranda, Chandler’s Economic Development Director, in a City of Chandler statement. Their choice to grow in Chandler underscores the city's reputation for providing a conducive environment for businesses. By the tail end of 2025, KeenStack anticipates a growth spurt, aiming to increase their workforce, boasting over a hundred employees, and accrue more than 600 ServiceNow certifications globally.
