Luling residents are advised that the Waterworks Billing Office at 301 Third Street will be closed today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This closure is for an employee event, according to the St. Charles Parish website.
During this time, in-person and phone assistance will be unavailable. However, online payments remain accessible, and night drop boxes on both sides of the river can still be used for bill payments.
