A man has died following a late-night shooting in West Palm Beach, authorities confirmed. According to CBS12, the West Palm Beach Police Department (WPBPD) reported that officers, after being alerted by a ShotSpotter system, rushed to the 800 block of 7th Street close to 10:45 p.m. where they found a gunshot-wounded man.
Responding to the scene, victim was then transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, WPBPD noted. Authorities, still piecing together what unfolded on that fateful night, have commenced an investigation into the shooting’s circumstances but have not yet pinpointed a suspect or established a clear motive for the violence.
