FOX 5 Atlanta reported that the East Point Police Department received calls about a shooting on Camp Creek Parkway and found the injured party in the drive-thru area upon arrival. Despite the traumatic event, the victim remained alert and was promptly taken to a hospital for treatment.
Adding to the immediate reports, witnesses at the scene informed law enforcement that the shooting occurred within the confines of the establishment's bathroom. After a prompt investigation, security footage revealed a man donning all black and a matching backpack entered the restroom; the suspect exited moments after, as stated by the police and later confirmed in the video evidence. Nevertheless, despite the swift response, the name of the injured individual nor the exact time of the shooting have been disclosed by the police.
