
Memphis residents are on alert after a recent auto burglary at the Superlo on Quince Road. Police are now searching for suspects following the incident, which was captured on video surveillance on September 9, 2025. According to the Memphis Police Department's report, two suspects arrived at the Superlo's parking lot at 3:07 p.m. in a small, dark grey SUV.
The video footage shows both suspects walking towards the store, passing a victim's vehicle, before doubling back to their SUV without entering the business. The suspect wearing red shorts got back in their vehicle, while the other, dressed in black, opened the victim’s car and stole a handbag. After the theft, the duo left the scene in haste, taking a southbound turn on Sea Isle.
Police are actively investigating the case, taking note of how the suspects managed to commit the theft in broad daylight without attracting immediate attention. The Memphis Police Department urges anyone with information to come forward and assist in the investigation.
