Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Hunts for Drivers After Two Fatal Hit-and-Runs in Miami

A pair of hit-and-run crashes in Miami-Dade County yesterday morning claimed the lives of two individuals, prompting an urgent search by the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office (MDSO) for the drivers responsible. The first incident occurred around 5 a.m. when 22-year-old Beltazar Nicolas Antonio was found deceased on Southwest 187th Avenue, as reported by Local10. The second instance took place approximately half an hour later, where 26-year-old Stefhany Reconco-Rosales was fatally struck near the 809 Miami Lounge on Northwest 32nd Avenue. According to information obtained by WSVN, authorities are on the lookout for a white Cadillac Escalade, model years 2014 to 2020, suspected of involvement in the Northwest Miami-Dade collision, possibly bearing front-end damage.

Paramedics were seen administering chest compressions to Reconco-Rosales in Northwest Miami-Dade shortly before 5:30 a.m., as captured on camera. Despite their life-saving efforts, she was later pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
