Residents and commuters in Millington, TN, should prepare for minor changes to their travel routes this week. The Municipal Government has announced a road closure that will affect traffic around Big Creek Church Road.
According to a recent social media post from city authorities, the interruption is planned to allow for essential railroad maintenance from today through Friday.
The closure strictly prohibits any vehicle traffic along the railroad crossing of Big Creek Church Road, marked by the red line on the city’s map. The yellow section on the map indicates areas where through traffic will not be permitted. The city’s post expressed, "We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this work is completed."
