The urgent Ebony Alert was activated after Rylee was last seen around 8 PM on Sunday. She was described as a 5-foot-4-inch girl, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. According to a report from Hoodline, her last known outfit included a black T-shirt, blue plaid pajama pants, and white sandals.
The community was asked to remain vigilant and to report any information they may have had directly by dialing 9-1-1.
