According to the NOPD, an individual was recorded entering a residence's yard on Charmes Court and committing property theft at approximately 1:18 p.m., August 12. The incident, caught vividly on surveillance, shows the suspect taking two "weed eater" lawn tools along with a leaf blower from a trailer. The authorities are eager to track down the suspect who made off with said items, and they are urging anyone with information to step forward.
In a public briefing, the NOPD provided a description of the suspect and a photograph, seeking assistance from community members who might recognize the individual or have knowledge pertinent to the theft. Fleeing the scene, the suspect was last seen carrying the stolen gardening equipment. Details of the stolen property, including the "weed eater" lawn tools and the leaf blower, have been made available by the NOPD.
