
New Orleans Police are on the lookout for a man accused of theft, and they're reaching out to the community for help. The suspect in question is Cody Bergeron, a White male born on April 27, 1988. NOPD has released his image and is soliciting the public's assistance to track him down.
The theft occurred last Thursday evening, around 6:10 p.m., when Bergeron allegedly swiped a package from the front steps of a residence located on the 1200 block of Kerlerec Street. Following the act, he reportedly made a quick getaway. NOPD believes that Bergeron might be found lingering around Esplanade Avenue and Frenchmen Street, areas he is known to frequent, according to a statement obtained by NOPD News.
Anyone with information regarding Bergeron's whereabouts is urged to contact the New Orleans Police Department. Citizens can provide tips anonymously and may be eligible for a cash reward if their information leads to a an arrest.
