An early morning crash in Roswell on Friday last week caused major traffic disruptions after a school bus and another vehicle collided on Highway 9. Atlanta Street, also known as Highway 9, was shut down between Riverside Road and Chattahoochee Circle following the incident, according to FOX 5 Atlanta.
No children were on the school bus at the time and no injuries have been reported, as per 11Alive. The Roswell Police Department is overseeing cleanup efforts complicated by downed utility poles and wires, which kept the road closed while crews worked to make repairs and clear debris.
Motorists have been advised to use alternate routes.
