According to the Oakland Police Department's social media post, she is a Hispanic female, 5'2" tall, weighing 90 pounds, with purple hair and brown eyes.
The department disclosed that Perez was last witnessed wearing a gray hoodie and black jeans. The announcement made by the Oakland Police highlights her youth as a factor of increased vulnerability, stating she is "at risk due to Age." Despite being reported in good physical condition, her family has shared concerns about her mental health challenges.
