The Oakland Police Department has issued a call for public assistance in locating Pharrah Johnson, an 11-year-old Hispanic and Black female who was last seen on Monday. Johnson is described as 5'2" tall and 110 pounds. She was last noted to be wearing a black hoodie, leopard-print pants, and black shoes.
She was last seen on the 8000 block of MacArthur Boulevard at around 2:00 AM. Members of the community with any information on Pharrah's whereabouts are urged to contact the OPD Missing Persons unit at 510-238-3641.
