In the spirit of recognizing those who've made lasting contributions to the Oceanside arts scene, Christopher and Tracy Williams were honored with the third annual Kathy Brombacher Lifetime Theatre Achievement Award. Meanwhile, Colleen O'Harra was celebrated with the second annual Hattie "Sunshine" Brooks Award, as stated by Oceanside Theatre Company.
