A south wind, around 8 mph, will turn east in the evening. The anticipated rainfall measures between a tenth and quarter of an inch, with potentially higher amounts in some thunderstorms.
Moving into Sunday, the chance of precipitation increases to 60% with showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 1 p.m., followed by further chances of showers and storms after 1 p.m. Temperatures will peak at a slightly cooler high near 86 degrees, accompanied by a south wind blowing at a speed of 8 to 10 mph.
As for the early week forecast, Monday will have mostly sunny conditions, with a high near 91 degrees. There's a continued slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10 a.m., then a slight chance of showers between 10am and 1pm, then a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1pm, the chance of precipitation sitting at 20%. By Monday night, the chance of showers and thunderstorms increases once again, up to 50% after 1 a.m. under mostly cloudy skies and with a low around 71 degrees.
The pattern of intermittent showers and variable cloud coverage is expected to persist through Tuesday and into midweek, with Tuesday's high near 84 degrees and a 50% chance of precipitation. Temperatures are forecasted to cool down by Wednesday, with a high around 77 degrees and a 30 percent chance of rain. Clearing is expected as the week progresses, leading to mostly sunny days toward the end of the week with highs in the upper 70s.
