Described as a white male, standing at 6 feet 2 inches tall, and weighing 173 pounds, Ryan has brown eyes and black hair. His attire at the time of his disappearance included black cargo pants, a light grey shirt, blue slip-on shoes, and an Army Ranger hat. Although the alert was released on September 18, search efforts persist, with frequent patrols and ongoing investigations into his whereabouts. He was last seen on foot by witnesses, and Detective Lopez 8489 of the Phoenix Police Department is managing the search operation.
