The alert notes that Nyiramasaka is a Black woman, 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 106 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Authorities say a medical condition may cause confusion or impair her ability to return home, as detailed by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
Nyiramasaka was last seen on foot, wearing a multicolored African dress. Authorities are asking for the public’s help in locating her.
