The Boulevard, conceived by Scannell Properties and Roers Companies, is steadily morphing into a hub for retail, dining, and residential comforts. Infrastructure groundwork for public streets, streetlights, and curb and gutter is well underway. Planners anticipate the addition of a waterfront district, a med-tech office space, and various retail outlets, plus an expansive park adorned with nature trails, aiming for completion in 2027.

Already breaking ground is the Summit Orthopedics facility, slated to be the first built structure within The Boulevard. As reported by the City of Plymouth, the 78,000-square-foot complex will encompass a range of medical services, including an ambulatory surgery center and orthopedic urgent care, enhancing local access to health and wellness resources.

A fresh take on grocery store experiences comes with Coborn's Market & Table. Designed as a prototype, it will host an assortment of fresh and locally sourced products, paired with ready-to-eat meals. This innovative store concept is set to boast additional commercial spaces such as a bakery, café, and a liquor store - the latter expected to uncork its operations this coming January.

Housing options are also expanding with Belterra at the Boulevard, a 207-unit apartment complex marking the first in a series of residential buildings to sprout. Construction is forecasted for this fall, contributing to the city's growing mosaic of living spaces. Meanwhile, banking options are broadening as well, with Chase Bank seeking to establish a presence along Bass Lake Road pending the approval of its building permit application.

The transformation of The Boulevard from a corporate monolith to a diverse, multi-use community is more than just physical construction. It represents a reshaping of the city's identity, catering to the needs and aspirations of its residents by offering a blend of convenience, community, and connection to nature designed to enrich the Plymouth landscape for years to come.
