The Richmond Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the public to locate Roman Joel Cox, an adult at risk, quickly. Cox, described as a 5’7” male with a thin build and short black hair, has been missing since September 1st.
According to details provided by the Richmond Police Department's social media post, Cox was last seen departing from his residence on Monday. His vehicle was subsequently discovered, unoccupied, near the Richmond/San Rafael Bridge, which adds to the situation's urgency.
The circumstances surrounding his disappearance have not been publicly disclosed, and the Richmond Police Department has not indicated why Cox is considered to be at risk. Nevertheless, they are urging the community to be vigilant and to report any potential sightings or relevant information that may assist in locating Cox.
