Voong, who is diagnosed with dementia and deals with additional physical health issues, was last seen walking away from her home on Pacific Avenue at around 5:00 PM. Concerns for her well-being are heightened due to her medical conditions.
To quickly find Voong, the San Leandro Police Department released a photograph and description of her, appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
