Three men have been arrested in connection with a high-stakes robbery at the Paramount Miami Worldcenter, a luxury condominium complex in Miami. The incident, which transpired on the evening of August 28, saw the trio making away with an estimated $57,100 in Cartier jewelry from a resident's home, WSVN reports.

Among the arrested is 24-year-old Jason Icori Hill, hailing from Houston; his accomplices include 28-year-old Robert Emanuel Cormier, and a third suspect, whose name is yet to be disclosed. Hill, taken into custody last Tuesday, September 2, is facing charges of burglary, grand theft, and criminal mischief. Not to mention the finding of several red Cartier boxes in the backseat during a traffic stop in Miami Beach, which led to his initial arrest.

The victim discovered the theft after returning to her abode at around 7:20 p.m., finding her condo's exit door forcibly opened, leading to approximately $3,000 in damages, according to the Miami Police Department. Surveillance footage evidently showed the suspects entering the building, one male permitting entry to the others who were laden with bags – Cormier with an empty blue luggage bag and the third suspect, a white Alo branded one, as detailed by Local 10 News.

Further complicating matters for the suspects, the Florida Highway Patrol arrested Cormier and the unnamed companion in Alachua County last month, in possession of allegedly stolen items, including a Louis Vuitton bag. Hill remains detained at the Metrowest Detention Center with no bond set, complicated due to an additional fugitive out-of-state warrant for extradition. The investigation continues.
