Described as a white male around 5 feet, 10 inches tall, with a distinguishable short, reddish hair. Tobiaz was last observed wearing an olive green hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and olive green Nautica shoes. He had with him a navy North Face backpack and a small Adidas duffle bag.
