The altercation began with an exchange of words at Lou's Liquor and quickly escalated to physical violence. Witnesses on the scene described a heated verbal argument that took a turn when Keisha decisively opted to pick up a cinder block and strike the victim, rendering her unconscious. Responding officers received the call at approximately 7:14 p.m. and found the victim in serious condition.
