The California Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert for an at-risk missing person, Charles Campbell, an 83-year-old man, last seen in San Jose, Santa Clara County. Per the alert disseminated through the CHP Alerts social media accounts, Campbell was observed for the last time yesterday, around 4:45 PM, and is believed to be traveling on foot.
The CHP Alerts post described Campbell as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.

Authorities urge anyone with information on Campbell's whereabouts to act immediately and call 9-1-1.
