This isn't just about dazzling the players with lumens, though; the upgrade has catapulted Arlington Tennis Center straight into the big leagues with lighting that meets the Class II standards, which means they're now in the running to host NCAA championship-level events, and that's a pretty big deal for the tennis buffs.
