The Atlanta Department of Transportation (ATLDOT) announced that traffic patterns on Ralph McGill Boulevard NE will change starting today. Lane adjustments are being implemented for resurfacing work between Peachtree Street/Center Avenue NE and John Lewis Freedom Parkway NE. The resurfacing is part of the city’s infrastructure maintenance projects.

Starting today, one lane of the downtown stretch will be closed on weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Traffic will still move, but lanes will be adjusted. All lanes will stay open during the work, with officers and flaggers on site to guide drivers and keep the area safe, according to ATLDOT.

ATLDOT encourages anyone with questions about the project to email [email protected].
