
A fire broke out in a detached building in Catoosa County on Saturday evening. The blaze began around 5:30 p.m. on Sunset Drive and was met by multiple fire stations, including Stations 1, 3, 4, 6, and 7, along with volunteers and command staff, according to FOX 5 Atlanta.
Firefighters arrived to find heavy flames and worked to bring the fire under control. The building was completely destroyed. The Catoosa County Fire Department said the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
NewsChannel 9 reported that the Catoosa County E-911 center received calls about the fire shortly after it started at 63 Sunset Drive in Ringgold. Puckett EMS was on the scene to provide medical support if needed. No injuries were reported.
