In a move designed to enhance customer convenience, Buckeye's Sundance Utility Billing Office will be shifting from its current premises in the Sundance Center to a new location at The Landing, positioned strategically near the intersection of I-10 and Verrado. This news, effective October 13, aims to simplify the process for residents managing their utility services. The new office, situated at 945 N. 215th Ave., Suite 137, will maintain a Monday through Friday operation, opening its doors from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The details were shared by the City of Buckeye in a recent announcement.
With the intention of offering more adaptability in scheduling for residents, all utility billing tasks can be handled at the new location; this includes paying bills using cash, checks, or credit/debit cards, initiating or terminating utility services as well as getting help with any online billing processes, the City of Buckeye has created an environment where these once tiresome tasks can hopefully be more efficiently tackled for the people of Sundance.
Despite the move, Buckeye residents will still find the convenience of the Utility Billing Kiosk at its original spot within the Sundance Center, at 21749 W. Yuma Rd., a bit of continuity in the midst of change; this kiosk allows for utility payments when a trip to the main office isn't feasible. Meanwhile, the City Hall office for utility billing isn't impacted by this relocation and will continue serving the public without any alterations to its usual service hours or operations, a foothold of constancy for citizens whose routines rely on its presence.
This relocation to The Landing—a central destination for several of Buckeye's development and planning functions—seems poised to streamline services for residents, not only in utility billing but in interfacing with city infrastructure ventures, too. Information on this move and the services offered has been provided by the City of Buckeye's official announcement.
