
Cobb County has announced proposed updates to its codified rules and regulations as part of its annual review. The amendments cover several chapters, including administration, animal control, utilities, and zoning, according to the Cobb County.
Cobb County will review proposed code amendments covering animal welfare, building regulations, environmental protocols, and fire safety. The amendments will be presented at a Work Session on October 28 at 1:30 p.m. Public hearings are scheduled for November 12 at 9:00 a.m. and November 20 at 6:00 p.m. Details of the proposed changes have not yet been released.
The Cobb County Board of Commissioners will hold hearings on November 12 and November 20 to review proposed amendments to county ordinances. The amendments include changes to chapters ranging from Administration (Chapter 2) to Utilities (Chapter 122). Residents are invited to attend the hearings and provide input before the Board considers adoption of the changes on November 20.
