
The Dallas Ballet Company gears up to showcase its annual autumn extravaganza, Les Danses d’Automne. The stage at Granville Arts Center is set for a matinee filled with ballet, tap, and contemporary pieces that will certainly capture the audience's imagination.
Under the savvy direction of Judy and Brent Klopfenstein, the event will premiere a first-time work by the esteemed choreographer Christina Ghiardi, a significant pull for those who follow the contemporary ballet scene. As reported by the City of Garland, the performance slated for October 19 at 3:00 p.m. will also feature the creative works of the company's artistic directors, alongside guest dances by Anna Vasquez of Dallas Black Dance Theatre fame, and the rhythmic talents of DBC Tap Connection, led by the former Broadway tap maestro George Patterson
