The City Beautiful Commission is seeking out homes that capture the essence of fall and celebrate the season with eye-catching outdoor exhibits, as reported by the city's official website. Whether it's a love for Halloween spooktaculars or a knack for harvest-themed arrangements, the community is encouraged to shine a spotlight on their own or their neighbor’s hard work.
The process to nominate is made conveniently accessible—residents can easily call 311 or go ahead to directly visit Dearborn.gov/CityBeautiful. The City Beautiful Commissioners will make their rounds through the neighborhoods, committed to meticulously review each nominated home. They're tasked to ultimately select top three honorees and up to seven honorable mentions in each of the city’s 17 districts. Winners are set to be revealed in early November, with the top honorees awarded window decals to showcase their recognition.
This seasonal program is part of a broader initiative by the City Beautiful Commission to enhance community pride and environmental stewardship throughout the year.
