The El Paso County Sheriff's Office has reported the arrest of a suspect related to multiple sexual assault charges. Keshawn Michaels Ponce, 23, was taken into custody on October 22, following an investigation by the Sheriff's Office Warrants and Fugitive Apprehension Unit. According to a social media post from El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte, deputies were able to locate Ponce at the 14700 block of Montana Avenue in El Paso County, Texas.
After locating Ponce, deputies managed to safely take him into custody without any reported incidents. He has since been transported to the El Paso County Detention Facility. There, Ponce has been booked with a bond set at a steep $300,000. The specific charges against Ponce include multiple counts of Sexual Assault of a Child.
