On Thursday, October 9, 21-year-old Abraham Alvarado became the subject of a law enforcement apprehension operation. According to a social media post from El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte, the Fugitive Apprehension Unit acted on intelligence that led them to the 11600 block of Valle Hermoso Drive, where they successfully located and took Alvarado into custody. Charged with Collision Involving Death, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and Collision Involving Injury, the suspect is now facing the legal ramifications of his alleged actions.
