An early morning dispute over trash in far East El Paso led to the tragic shooting death of a woman. The El Paso Police Department identified the victim as 49-year-old Rachel Lei Ann Creed. The incident took place around 1 a.m. near Tierra Rica and Pebble Hills and involved a 23-year-old man who had stepped outside to throw out his trash, as reported by KTSM.
Police arrived on the scene following the clash to find Creed suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being taken to the hospital, she later succumbed to her injuries.
