As the Halloween season approaches, residents of Euless are invited to showcase their creativity and community spirit at the Halloween Trunk or Treat event. Scheduled for October 25, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., the event promises a safe and family-friendly environment where trick-or-treaters can collect candy from the extravagantly decorated trunks of cars lined up at Glade Parks, located between the Thirsty Lion and The Reserve at 2701 Rio Grande Blvd.
Gearing up for some spooky fun, the participants are not only encouraged to dress in their Halloween best but also to indulge in the various dining options available at Glade Parks. Should local organizations or families wish to join the festivities as vendors, they can still grab their spot by filling out an application. The initiative provides a unique opportunity for businesses and community groups to engage with the public and celebrate the Halloween spirit together. Information about vendor spots and event details can be obtained by emailing [email protected] or by calling 817-685-1814, as detailed on the City of Euless website.
Accessibility remains a key consideration for the event planners. Anyone with accessibility concerns who requires auxiliary aid or a service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate, is advised to reach out to the office of the ADA Coordinator, Connie Scott, well in advance. Scott's office is located at 201 North Ector Dr, Euless, TX 76039, and can be reached at 817-685-1439. To ensure accommodations are arranged, contact should be made no later than 48 hours before the event.
