Earlier this week, the Jacksonville Transportation Advisory Committee (JTAC) convened to appoint a new cadre of officers set to guide the committee through the 2025–2027 term. Chosen to bear the mantle of leadership, Russ Davis will serve as Chairperson, alongside Vice Chair Jose Morales, Secretary Stephanie Serrano, and Subcommittee Chair Angie Walker.
