According to a report from ABC15 News, the rebranding will mark the beginning of a full renovation, converting the property into the first IHG Hotels & Resorts luxury and lifestyle property in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale market.
Set against a backdrop of the Camelback and Mummy Mountains, the extensive 42-acre property will include over 400 guest accommodations, compromising of rooms, suites, and villas designed with desert themes in mind. As per details shared by TopHotel News, the goal is to blend the natural beauty of Arizona's landscape with modern comforts and conveniences, providing guests with a unique experience that's both active and relaxing.
For those seeking rest and rejuvenation, Kimpton Miralina is set to offer six swimming pools alongside a day spa and salon. Wellness enthusiasts can look forward to an array of amenities like a top-notch fitness center, in-room yoga mats, and morning rituals through Kimpton Kickstart. The resort also plans to facilitate exploration with nearby hiking trails and complimentary bike rentals.
