On Tuesday, deputies from Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to reports of a suspicious man in the 3100 block of FM 1960 Road, where they saw Demarcus Bogany fleeing a local business while being chased by employees. He had previously been banned from the shopping center with a criminal trespass warning, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
Following the pursuit, deputies detained Bogany, and the investigation revealed the escalation of his actions despite the prior warning. "Demarcus Bogany was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Criminal Trespass and was issued citations for Class C Theft and Assault by Contact," as stated by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
"His total bond was set at $100.00 out of County Court 13," for a case involving minor charges, according to the Harris County Constable Precinct 4 on their Facebook page.
