Mott earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas and a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in Kentucky.

In Laclede, Christy Techau-Dover assumes the role of Linn County Assessor, following her tenure as interim assessor and chief deputy assessor for the county. She holds an associate degree in human services from Columbia College. Additionally, Dr. Jennifer Tinnel of Kansas City has been reappointed to the Missouri Dental Board, where she continues to serve as president while practicing as an associate dentist at Platte Valley Dental Care.
